It came really dirty and the battery life was really low.

Much too slow, I will be coming in for an update. The phone itself is fine - I think it is some of the apps I addd that has slowed it down - so I need a phone with more gigs?? I am not technology oriented.... We got some awesome pics in NC with our daughter and grandkids!!

Phone actually stopped working after about a couple months or so. Apparently there was something going on with the particular model where it's not connecting to the carrier. Can only use via WiFi. Repair? Was told by apple expert it's best to buy another.

I was disappointed with the phone and no warranty when I took back for repairs Unfair.

I have in use just 10 days and fail the Battery and spiker.

Great phone for the money and it’s in excellent condition

Kept getting a “No Service” prompt in the phone and was unable to make calls or receive text. The phone prompts me that it is unable to update cellular network. After some research. The specific model of iPhone 7 I was sold has a known defect for this specific model. Not sure why Best Buy would allow this phone to be sold to its customers.

I bought this phone off of your website hoping it would work, ended up working in the beginning. School comes around and I need to get my phone activated but it doesn't work. Thankfully the best buy worker was very sweet enough to help me thru and gave me my money back. I was very satisfied with how she helped me.

Completely stopped working and I lost all of my information. Only gave an error message and every time I did the “fix”, it kept doing it again. Apparently a common problem with this model. I do love my iPhone though!

I bought the refurbished iPhone and the phone worked great except for the camera. I called Best Buy they said they didn’t have anymore all I could do was return it. I called iPhone and they said that the camera was bad and needed to be replaced. Return the camera and got my money back from Best Buy

Bought as a replacement phone for daughter in college so she wouldn't have to go to a store during the pandemic. It needed an ios update about a month later and was locked after that. Thought the virus spread would slow down and we could get it checked but finally caved and called Apple for mail in repair.

Worked for about an hour and then stopped all together! Called Geek squad and they said from what info I shared with them they said there was nothing they could do to help fix it because it was some mechanical malfunctions basically short of saying I was sold a Lemon! I’ll never buy a used phone again!

Will never buy another refurbished product from Best Buy. Less than a year later, the motherboard on the phone was dead. Not every “refurbished” item apparently, is by Best Buy so you have to deal with a third party vendor if anything goes wrong. Lesson learned.

Said (Excellent) but the charging port was lose when I first charged it. So I immediately returned this pre-owned “certified” (excellent) iPhone 7! The Staff was very nice about the return! But.... a Lose charging port should have been caught before BB certified it, especially for $229 asking price!

Phone doesn’t work at all. I purchased a refurbished phone and it was a bad phone. Best Buy is refusing to refund me and I was never able to use the phone. Over $200 bucks down the drain. Very disappointed if I could give no stars I would

Phone worked out for 2 weeks. It started to have problems after. It was a gift for a sister who lives overseas. She needs to ship it out. It will be expensive. I am waiting for it and return it! I hope, it is arriving in time. These days take longer than usual any deliver.

Bought this phone and it never worked.It would not stay on or take a charge..It was such a disappoint that it ruined my 9years old christmas present.This was suppose to be the hightlight of his day and it was ruined.Im sooo upset!!

If I could give zero stars I would! The phone was advertised as UNLOCKED but would never activate on the VZW network. Had to return and was charged a restocking fee as if I caused the issue. That absolutely stinks and makes zero sense.

Took over a week to actually get the phone then in another week the WiFi and Bluetooth stopped working just in time for the return policy to run out, how convenient. Do not recommend buying a used phone from BestBuy because they clearly do not check the phones they resale.

Purchased pre-owned iPhone and it was defective. The return was easy. Best Buy is great to deal with.
