    I purchased this phone on best buy thinking it was safer way and better way of buying a used phone online but apparently not, the phone i recieved was full of damages, and i know it is pre owned but best buy should've at least checked the phone first and made sure all of these issyes before reselling them. Terrible product, I was probably better off buying a use phone off offer up or something than here, at least there you cam check the phone first. Would not recommend buying used phone from best buy ever.
