    This phone was not charging right when we first received it we kept at 2 weeks I called in on the second week and reported it 2 Best buy Best buy said we only had a week to get something replaced or repaired so I will never buy anything refurbished Best buy ever again understand the terms before you buy I guess I would think that you would have a little bit longer can you see if something worked the way it should

    Watch what you buy for Christmas by early and it is not what you was wanting and not find out until after Christmas she will not be able to return it it was a waste of money for me nothing I can do with the phone it does not match my service plan

    Phone had issues and it was very hard to work with Best Buy store to figure out a solution. Returned the phone hoping to buy a new one. That did not happen.

    The minor scratches are expected however it appears this phone’s screen was just repaired but nothing internally. When on a call I can only hear the person on the other end if I have them on speaker phone. Without speaker phone I cannot hear anyone.

    Apparently 7 plus has a common glitch and mine suffered from it. Tremors on the phone and it lost satellite connection on two mapping apps. Hoping to find another same or similar refurbished to replace this. My husband’s model that he bought brand new has been perfect.
