I bought a refurbished phone - out of the box it had bad pixels on the right side of the screen and the battery dies within a few hours of use. If It wasn’t an “emergency“ I would have returned.

Came with hardly any scratches. The only thing I wished was that it came with the original apple wire which it didn’t. Otherwise it is a great buy!

so far, very nice... adapting from android os, but appears to be quick response, great camera, stable voice, adequate speakers, and best of all "unlocked"

Bought this for my son so I can reach him was hesitant because it was refurbished but works good no complaints

Hubby loves the larger screen while I loved the price. He didn't need the latest iphone just something better than his 5S.

This phone was good quality it should of come with a dongle for the price.

Received the phone with deep scratches on the edges. Definitely looked worn out. Not worth the money and I am never buying pre-owned phones from bestbuy again. Very dissapointing.

There was no sounds for either party when the calls connected. Phone also kept taking itself off of speaker mode. Returned it to BestBuy very quickly. Smooth return process.

Volume does not work properly. Extremely quiet, no matter what level it is on. Chatted through online help and they said to take to a store. We live over 2 hrs away. Not going to happen. It was a Christmas gift for my son and the return window has passed.
