The earpiece speaker did not work the day I bought it, had to take to a phone repair place to fix, disappointed

This product is better than I expected it came looking brand new and is working super fast!

There’s a few scratches on the screen , but it’s not really noticeable. Everything about this is home is great .

Came as described. Works as it should, Upgraded from an i-phone 6s.

It was in good condition, it just needed the orginal charger and power brick.

Received very well packaged. Charger included and was fast. Many updates required, which took time but was fine. Small chip in corner. Everything else looked and functioned well. However, when we attempted to make the first phone call we discovered that the microphone did not work. After googling fixes, nothing worked and the phone needed to be returned. You cannot make calls if no one can hear you. We purchased it online and returned it in a store which was very smooth and easy. The quality control needs to include making an outgoing call.

When the phone first came in, it worked well. After the first month, the proximity sensor stopped working. Best Buy told me I had to contact Apple. Apple said the warranty expired before I even bought the phone! 4months later, the camera and flashlight stopped working, and battery drains very quickly. I’ve taken very good care of this phone, immediately protecting it with screen protector and case upon receiving it. I’ve NEVER dropped the phone or mistreated it. So for the money I paid, it should not be good for only a few months!

I ordered this a few days ago and had to ship it right back. The battery life was excellent, but the speakers were scratchy and muffled and there was a scrape on the bottom left corner :(

Phone did not even last a year and it stopped working. The speaker stopped working and is useless to make or receive calls

I just received my order. I am so happy, it looks like new. I love it!!!!
