Was in bad condition, Bad Quality, Thats not waht I expected.

The phone does not work the Microphone does not work and it vary bad quality

The phone came with two cracks on the display. and rear camera not working.

Had a hairline crack in the camera lens of iPhone.

I received a defective phone. Wasting my time... so disappointing the pre-own phone

Disappointed that the battery was only 88% of new and that the mic, when talking on speakerphone, has either gotten wet or has just given out. No one can hear what you’re saying. If it wasn’t for the fact I need a phone, I would’ve sent it back. Paying a premium price didn’t buy me a better phone.

Great phone! Good camera and battery life, and very fast!

I am perfectly happy with this item, in 2021, except my Home Screen button came cracked. It’s carjacked diagonally across. At least it wasn’t the actual screen, to that I give props for! The Home Screen and Touch ID work just fine!

The phone is in perfect condtion. Everything works i am very happy.

Purchased for my son for Christmas, upon receiving the iPhone 7nplus it never worked. upon returning to see if they would fix it, Geek Squad advised it had to many after market parts in it that they can't work on it. Took iPhone to local repair shop and they advised the camera, mother board were not connected to the front glass, and that the barrery was bad. NEVER BUY REFURBISHED, ITS NOT REFURBISHED JUST RESOLD.

Bought this as a gift. The recipient was very pleased. I will make this type of purchase again. As a senior purchaser, I appreciate quality but do not need or want cutting edge technology. This purchase, met both needs.

Bought a iPhone 7 plus phone and have found it to not work proper - speaker is blown and some technical issues are effecting to way it works.

Very disappointed in this phone b/c there are still vestiges of previous owner, so not cleaned up very well; also, I wasn't told that this was a 'dinosaur' phone at a #7 when new ones are at a series #14. I realize now it was over priced.

The phone arrived with a broken outward facing camera and Best Buy was not able to fix it in house. The return window at Best Buy is really short - 15 days - but the folks who tried to help me at the store quoted a much longer time period. Would be great if they were clearer on the return policy.

The sent me a worthless phone that doesn't work! It seems they do not test the phones first>? Complete wast of my time!
