After speaking on the phone over and hour (on two occasions) with my mobile carrier they once again informed me that the phone was still LOCKED by the previous owner or carrier so it could not be activated. I then spoke with a Best Buy agent who informed me FOR THE SECOND TIME that the phone should have been unlocked before I purchased it but AGAIN this was not done!!! I have sat on hold with Geek Squad for over 45 minutes and still was not able to talk to anyone!! This will now be the SECOND TIME that I have to drive all the way to Best Buy yo return my phone AGAIN for what, them to tell me ‘we are sorry’. I could not be more frustrated with the customer service I have received OR the products that I have bought thus far. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
