    The speaker works very poorly. Without putting it on speakerphone you cannot hear the caller on the other end. Disappointed with the quality of this purchase.

    not happy with the purchase, i know its pre owned, but the price is not worth for this phone with lot of usage. i lost the first shipment, it was never delivered to me, and then i revceive this phone.

    Heading said “unlocked” but after a trip to Verizon and 2 trips back to Best Buy, we found out the extra fine writing at the bottom of the info said only unlocked for just a few carriers...which I know of no one with those! Even the Best Buy associate had trouble . Ended up having to return it and just buy something as a gift that truly wasn’t what I wanted to begin with. Helpful associate but I don’t recommend buying something pre-owned. Disappointing to say the least!

    There are scratches which I expected but it has so many color chip off the matte black phone i was slightly sad but it can be covered with a case. This also doesn’t have the headphone adapter.

    I stopped in the store to see if i could find a phone for my grand daughter. The young lady that helped me with my purchase and answered all my questions was wonderful. I decided on the iphone 7 plus. My grand daughter loves it. This is the second phone i hzvd purchased at Best Buy. Thank you!
