The device was not working properly. within the first 10 minutes of turning on the device, the screen was not detecting any touches. I believe that best buy sent a device with the replaced nonoriginal screen.NOT recommending buying any refurbished device from best buy.

For the price I paid I was disappointed..phone came with all kinds of scratches I understand it was used but omg so disappointed

The lightning port is loose, sometimes it's not charging. battery health is only 76%

The Phone description did not say it has scratches and faded areas on the back of the phone.

I would not recommend purchasing an Pre-Owned iPhone from Best Buy. The phone that I got did not work. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my money back

Great BUY at Best Buy. Which I've been trying to get for a while now. Even that it's an older model. But still great. This special edition is also my favorite color. Thanks again to Best Buy and also the sales person who always take care of me. "BEST BUY business and phone.

I’m very upset with the phone I purchased! The battery dies so fast! Even when I turn off all notifications from my apps! When I’m reading something it kicks me off of the website and I have to try to find it again! I love iPhones and I’ve had this type of phone before so I know what to expect! And I can’t go to a store to get help with this phone! What do I do?

Phone didn’t come with original charger, no ear pierce and operate like refurbished or used which is not display before purchase.

Great replacement device with excellent battery life

I needed a new phone to replace my old 6 and this was a perfect match!

The phone screen was scratch all ove r when ask if they could switch it i was told no.

Please better have phones for sale at the high prices they are if the phone maximum capacity is at least above 88% OLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE STABILITY BEFORE PUTTING FOR SALE AT EACH PRICING. You will be receiving your phone back from the ccr warranty place and a new one will be in search for to replace it. I am not mad, I hope the note helps. My husband and I decided to get an additional iPhone for our trips to Mexico, and we decided to get this phone. Even though it was a refurbished one, came very clean, no scratches, just as described in the website. We are very happy with our purchase!
