I spent $450 on this phone, and when it came in, the face plate was scratched up, almost like someone had used steel wool on the glass. There was one very deep cut that I'm sure will never come out of the glass. I thought that refurbished phones were supposed to be in the best condition possible?

I purchased this phone for my seven year old nephew. He loves the phone and the ability to FaceTime with me.

Bought it for my stepdad and he loves it!! It was used and nothing was wrong! Wish the sent an actual iPhone charger but other than that it’s good!!

Nice phone only 86% battery though everything works

Thought when I would open it it would have had some scratches or even small dents . When I opened the box it looked like a brand new phone.

Phone came exactly as ordered and was exactly as described. No problems whatsoever.
