Not a scratch on it, works fine, battery charge lasts all day. I DO wish, however, that Best Buy hadn't told me I'd get 3 months of AppleTV+ along with this purchase. (I did not). But the phone is great.

Bad "used" phone. Not happy with purchase.

But used phone itself had major issues which were unknown until recently. The return date was set for 13 days. We were out of area visiting relatives. The photos taken on phone come out double exposed. The phone when typing text is super sensitive and many times erroneous. The phone itself is jittery when typing. The battery life is short and has to be constantly recharged even when used for a short duration.
