I think this was over priced. There was an issue with audio and I couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t buy insurance. It was functional and much cheaper than new phone but not what I expected.

This phone was for my ten (10) year old. Since it was his first phone we didn't want to purchase a brand new phone until we knew how he would care for it. Great phone for a great price.

I am very happy with the phone. All of the features that attracted me have worked well to save me time.

The screen was scratched pretty badly, the lighting charging port was worn out, and the battery health was 89% capacity.

Delivery and ordering were efficient and fast, I tracked it to my door. Was skeptical about it not being new but iPhone was in great condition. Happy with my whole purchase experience and product.

So far so good. iPhone working okay. I needed an older model without facial recognition. Mom who is in her 90s doesn’t always adapt quickly. I don’t either. I would prefer to see the Best Buy’s open up si I can browse.

VRY EASY TO SET UP FOR PICK-UP, PAY, AND EXIT. THE DEVICE WAS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. I WAS PLEASED AND WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

My kid loves their new iPhone. It does everything they need it to do and makes awesome phone calls too!

I bought this as a gift, so I’m not sure yet about the satisfaction with it. However, the buying process was extremely smooth. Therefore, my rating is based on this process.

The phone came late. It came in a box without any protective wrap on it. Right when I took the phone out it had scratches all over the screen, even the Best Buy worker commented on the scratches. I had to take it back. Awful experience, Would not recommend.

Very good for the price works just like new. If you need a phone that has full functionality without any excuses this is the one to get.

I got this phone a pretty while ago and still working perfect came pretty fast and in great condition!

Got this used iPhone 8 to replace my old shattered one. Was pleased with the condition, looked brand new. However, it was plagued with issues that made it unusable. It would randomly unsend messages or make apps unusable. It also would freeze sporadically and require a hard reset. After factory resetting 3 times I had to return it. The return process was made very painless by online and in store Best Buy associates, who showed me around other options and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Despite the comments, the phone had one small scratch on the screen (that you can’t see when the screen is on) and that’s it! The battery capacity is at 85%, but that’s not too bad!

It’s an old version of the iPhone but it sure can hold memory with all the games my son downloaded

I was hesitant about getting this version iphone. I was getting it for my pops since his iphone 7 got a cracked screen. So a week later my pops was complaining that his new iPhone was barely lasting a day. When i checked the battery health, it was showing “Service”. Which means i need it replaced. Thought a refurbished phone would had it replaced before being put out for sale.
