Great camera for my son. The box it came in was not the greatest

I was scare bc this phone is pre-owned but it really work it, I bought it for my mom. It was cheap and perfect conditions.

I thought this would be a more sophisticated use of smart phone technology only to find it a lot more confusing. Maybe it's my age but my older Samsung was just fine for what we needed and was easy to mover around in. This phone tends to hide all it's feature in so many non-intuitive areas. And just when you think you've finally got it setup the way you like it, something else seems to change and you don't know why. The only great feature is that I can now interact with my Imac and transfer files and pictures easily. Would never have changed if they weren't getting ready to kill 3G support for our old phones.

Seriously, this iPhone looks brand new. It came in a non-descriptive box but looks and performs like brand new.

I purchased this refubrished phone for my ten years old son. The phon looks and functions like brand new, and he has no issues with it, so far.

I was apprehensive at first in buying a pre-owned iPhone but I am pleasantly surprised at the overall condition and operation of the phone. I would surely check with Best Buy for my other pre-owned iPhone needs in the future.

Skeptical about buying refurbished iPhone but delivered with no physical defects and has worked perfectly thus far great bargain and price point for iPhone especially persons like myself who don't stare at phone nonstop all day

I bought refurbished from Best Buy thinking it will have better service but disappointed that phone started giving problems within 14 days but Best Buy won’t return, refund or help in any way.

This is an older version but does have the basic features I was looking for to gift to my younger children for first phones. If you're looking for a great deal on an iPhone, this is it!

When i went to go to get this item from the store I was greeted by one of the workers in best buy when I was getting helped he told me that he was gonna order this with some other stuff I was gonna get for my children for Christmas sadly this worker never ordered my items and told me i had to go to Montebello and when I arrived there. I went into the store and they said there wasnt any order under my name and my children went without getting their present till January 5.
