Missing charger

The biggest issue is that the charger was not included in the box as indicated both on box and in the listing. It was a gift for my son’s b-day and by the time I gave it to him, the return window has passed. I chatted with a rep who said that he couldn’t help and to visit a store. What could the store do that he couldn’t?!?! I bought it online, nothing to do with my local store.

dont buy through best buy

Best buy only gives 2 weeks.

Very strict on passwords! Very fast and responsive for a little phone. Quick Finger print check, Love my Iphone 8 and Forget about the Iphone x, this is way better!
