Little older mode but great work phone!!…just what I need!!

This was perfect for my daughter, she needs the basic technology for her age 8. She is able to use all the features we allow her to. Her favorite feature is the ability to face time her cousins.

I purchased the iPhone 8 with 64GB for my dad, he loves it and he's a little more up to date. He doesn't need a newer phone because he only talks and texts. This phone works amazing and is just perfect for my dad's use. I would recommend a Pre-Owned phone from Best Buy!

The listing just has the condition listed as “Pre-Owned,” but doesn’t elaborate on it. I ended up returning this because the phone I received had clearly been abused and in poor condition. The screen itself was in decent enough shape, but the body was in terrible condition. The edges were all scraped up (not scuffed, you could feel the scrapes with your fingernail), the volume control buttons, ringer switch, and the metal around the rear camera were so scuffed up that the anodizing on the aluminum had been completely worn off, and the bottom of the phone was dented by the speaker holes. Fortunately Best Buy’s customer service was outstanding and they quickly refunded it without much trouble. I ended up buying another one, which was slightly better, but that one had deep scratches on the screen that you could feel with your fingernail. Other than that, that one was in otherwise great shape. I ended up keeping that one though. Overall it’s a roll of the dice on the condition. You might get one in great shape or you’ll get one that’s been through the wringer. Honestly I’d strongly recommend you buy it at your local store and inspect it before you buy it so you know exactly what you’re getting.
