Bad "used" phone. Not happy with purchase.

But used phone itself had major issues which were unknown until recently. The return date was set for 13 days. We were out of area visiting relatives. The photos taken on phone come out double exposed. The phone when typing text is super sensitive and many times erroneous. The phone itself is jittery when typing. The battery life is short and has to be constantly recharged even when used for a short duration.

The directions were not clear and when I tried to redeem my special rate from my carrier, my carrier said they did not know about the special rate and I was nuts. I went back to Best Buy and a different salesperson went out of his way to remedy the situation.
