Needed an upgrade to my mobile phone and the refurbished, unlocked version filled the need!

Worst thing I have ever bought ! I DO NOT recommend buying this . It was delivered to me on February 6th . No scratches , breaks or anything on the phone itself but however the battery health only held 88% . Mind you I bought this phone due my phone before this having battery issues , it wouldn’t hold a charge or anything so I’m NOT impressed with it . I had to go to the store and buy another phone yet again on the 14th . If you’re looking for an iPhone I suggest goin into Best Buy to purchase not ordering online .

Bought this phone for my Grandma. She had a crappy Android. So i wanted her to feel more up to date so she can do more things. She’s slowly catching the hang of using the iPhone . Also came with a SIM card and charger no headphones . Bought a outterbox case from Best Buy also .

As advertised, this was an unlocked, factory reset iPhone 8. It's just what we needed for our daughter starting school. Best Buy is great to work with. My local store didn't have one in stock, but they got it for me. Great people.

So far so good. My husband doesn’t want to upgrade to the newest phone. He still want the one with the button on the bottom. So I look on Best Buy website and found this refurbished iPhone 8. So he went from a 6 to 8. He seems to like it very well. It is just like new.

I could not afford a new one so got the refurbished one and hope it lasts a long time. Glad you have this to offer me. My old phone couldn't update to latest and my husband needed a new one so he got the old one. This new 8 is compatible to my hearing aids too love that feature

Battery life was only 70% so phone was basically junk. Needed constant recharging & was unreliable without an external power bank. Got lucky & traded in on iphone13. Noway of knowing beforehand the battery life.

It was nice to order online and being able to grab it after work the same day. Everything went well and it was easy. The pre-owned cellphone worked like a brand new.

I purchased this iPhone for my teenage granddaughter and she LOVES it! The appearance is "like new", the battery charged to 100%, the info transfer from her iPhone 6 went flawlesly and it has performed just as expected. It was a great buy!

Bought this I phone as a gift for my dad. He loves his phone. It works perfectly. Simplifies logging in with just a finger print and now I dont have to keep resetting passwords for him. I would definitely buy a refurbished phone from BestBuy again.

The phones works great and is free from anyone’s iCloud, but the battery was in service mode and I had to replace it.

Purchased two of these phones. While I do understand that they are sold as “used”, one of them had several markings across the screen. While they do not inhibit the use or ability to read, I am still a bit surprised at the condition of the product.
