Refurbished great quality Cell Phone

It works perfectly. Simplifies logging in with just a finger print and now I dont have to keep resetting passwords for him. I would definitely buy a refurbished phone from BestBuy again.

It drops calls and has terrible battery life, due to obsolescence. Apparently, you have only 12 days to return, unlike the 14 days that is stated on the receipt. RIPOFF!

Definitely Used Condition

While I do understand that they are sold as “used”, one of them had several markings across the screen. While they do not inhibit the use or ability to read, I am still a bit surprised at the condition of the product.

Camera Freezing

Did lots of googling and settings, still not fixed. Lost activation fee, and cost for the accessories bought, plus one week of upsets and unhappy wife. Good part is that return is unexpected easy in store.
