My kid loves their new iPhone. It does everything they need it to do and makes awesome phone calls too!

This phone was for my ten (10) year old. Since it was his first phone we didn't want to purchase a brand new phone until we knew how he would care for it. Great phone for a great price.

Everything works great except the battery lasts about half the time as the iPhone 6 which was an older phone :((((!!

The screen was scratched pretty badly, the lighting charging port was worn out, and the battery health was 89% capacity.

So far so good. iPhone working okay. I needed an older model without facial recognition. Mom who is in her 90s doesn’t always adapt quickly. I don’t either. I would prefer to see the Best Buy’s open up si I can browse.

I bought this as a gift, so I’m not sure yet about the satisfaction with it. However, the buying process was extremely smooth. Therefore, my rating is based on this process.

Very good for the price works just like new. If you need a phone that has full functionality without any excuses this is the one to get.

The phone came late. It came in a box without any protective wrap on it. Right when I took the phone out it had scratches all over the screen, even the Best Buy worker commented on the scratches. I had to take it back. Awful experience, Would not recommend.

It’s an old version of the iPhone but it sure can hold memory with all the games my son downloaded

Got this used iPhone 8 to replace my old shattered one. Was pleased with the condition, looked brand new. However, it was plagued with issues that made it unusable. It would randomly unsend messages or make apps unusable. It also would freeze sporadically and require a hard reset. After factory resetting 3 times I had to return it. The return process was made very painless by online and in store Best Buy associates, who showed me around other options and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I went to San Bernardino to buy a phone for my father and Jeremy was very professional and provide a great customer service I hope he gets a bonus

The phone looks nice but im highly disappointed with the battery capacity. The battery runs down flat so fast. i missed the date of return, can I still return it and get a new one?
