The battery runs down flat so fast. i missed the date of return, can I still return it and get a new one?

There was an issue with audio and I couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t buy insurance. It was functional and much cheaper than new phone but not what I expected.

Battery doesn't last as long

For Mom who is in her 90s

I needed an older model without facial recognition. Mom who is in her 90s doesn’t always adapt quickly. I don’t either. I would prefer to see the Best Buy’s open up si I can browse.
