Battery issue

I was getting it for my pops since his iphone 7 got a cracked screen. So a week later my pops was complaining that his new iPhone was barely lasting a day. When i checked the battery health, it was showing “Service”. Which means i need it replaced. Thought a refurbished phone would had it replaced before being put out for sale.

The battery capacity is at 85%, but that’s not too bad!

Buyer Beware.

Returned this phone for a preowned SE which was 40$ more and had a critically low battery. I don't have the energy to return it or ever make a purchase from Bestbuy again.

Good product, lousy shipping packaging.

It was expensive and breakable but was shipped in a flimsy box inside a shipping envelope. The box was bent and crumpled. Not at all like a box you would think an iPhone should be shipped.
