Got this used iPhone 8 to replace my old shattered one. Was pleased with the condition, looked brand new. However, it was plagued with issues that made it unusable. It would randomly unsend messages or make apps unusable. It also would freeze sporadically and require a hard reset. After factory resetting 3 times I had to return it. The return process was made very painless by online and in store Best Buy associates, who showed me around other options and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I was hesitant about getting this version iphone. I was getting it for my pops since his iphone 7 got a cracked screen. So a week later my pops was complaining that his new iPhone was barely lasting a day. When i checked the battery health, it was showing “Service”. Which means i need it replaced. Thought a refurbished phone would had it replaced before being put out for sale.

The phone came late. It came in a box without any protective wrap on it. Right when I took the phone out it had scratches all over the screen, even the Best Buy worker commented on the scratches. I had to take it back. Awful experience, Would not recommend.

Phone that does its job, they neglected to mention a prett deep scratch on the back. Case will cover that, just a minor gripe.

This is a nice phone. It’s is great condition and looks brand new.

Experience was decent. Service was slow only because I didn’t have my confirmation code but I provided ID.

Got it home right before a hurricane thank god.... only to find the microphone did not work and I had to use Bluetooth headphones. Returned this phone for a preowned SE which was 40$ more and had a critically low battery. I don't have the energy to return it or ever make a purchase from Bestbuy again.

Battery died within a month soon after return period was over. Costs more to repair than to just trash for parts. it is now a brick and all information is it so I can't get rid of it either

Awesome. I always prefer Best Buy. But Unfortunately When I try to Select Financing Option .It won't allow me to do.It never happen before.

Very nice phone one small blemish on screen which can only be seen with screen protector.

Despite the comments, the phone had one small scratch on the screen (that you can’t see when the screen is on) and that’s it! The battery capacity is at 85%, but that’s not too bad!

My son love it so much he super excited to get his first time iphone .

Phone was fine, but we decided to with the 8 plus, so returned it. The $45 restocking fee was bogus.

I needed a phone in a hurry at a good price and this one functions very well.
