Do Not Buy

It was dirty and had been dropped a couple times before. The worst part was the battery health was only at 80% and per the Apple website a battery health of 79% is severely degraded and should be replaced. I took the phone to the store and Geek Squad would not assist me in replacing the battery. So I instead returned the phone and purchased a Truly refurbished iPhone 8 from Apple.

Horrible product and customer service

Tried to turn it back in at the store, but they denied my return, even though I showed them that I was still able to turn it back in, with proof of the email.
