Horrible product and customer service

Tried to turn it back in at the store, but they denied my return, even though I showed them that I was still able to turn it back in, with proof of the email.

I brought it to my brother and sister without open boxes when i go there only i see both phones not working one phone battery not good and other one hearing problem no one take responsibly of it . i went to a shop they said you perches online and we can't do anything .
