She left me alone while I was there ahead of other. She said she was the manager when I asked for the manager. I will never buy anything from Best Buy.

Bad purchase

It still works but the screen has lifted from the battery swelling, and the phone cuts off at 5%.

The glass had a large scratch on it

I returned the phone to the store as instructed by the in store customer service agent who told me I could do an even exchange on another phone, which was not the case, I returned the phone and was charged a $45 restocking fee. I contacted customer support and was told that the restocking fee should have been waived because the item was damaged. I have heard nothing since form anyone. I closed out my best buy card and will never make another purchase with best buy.
