Phone didn’t work at all.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the refurbished phone to save $$; phone came in nice package, unfortunately I opened the box after the return window was closed and when I tried to setup the phone, it asked for passcode, I didn’t know which passcode it is asking; I tired my existing phone passcode and iPhone went unavailable, now it shows message on screen “phone unavailable”; tried to get help from Geek Squad, they said they can’t fix it; tried to get help from store; they rudely told me that “we can’t do anything now”; my money went on toss, this was a ridiculous experience with Best Buy.

Not worth it
