The home button was jammed and I always had to press it multiple times to make it work. I used it for a week to test if that problem might go away. With problem persisting decided to return the phone with the reason that the phone is defective. To my dismay, BestBuy processed the return and applied a restocking fee of $45 (almost 25% of the purchase price). I would have agreed if the return reason was any other than defective set. How can BB deliver something claiming no defect and than charge you up on return. Never going to Best Buy again.
