It came with a broken home button that was unnoticeable until the person set up the phone perfectly. Instead of just fixing the issue, Best Buy is telling me I need to exchange the phone, which is a great inconvenience for my gift recipient. Boooooo, BEST BUY, you suck! DONT SELL BROKEN ITEMS! Stand behinds the items you sell!
