I give 3 stars for this phone because of .1 the battery don't last longer 2 . I receive this Phone with screen scratch for the amount I pay $400+ it, not worthed. The other is the battery don't last longer lasts only for 2 hours and it takes to long to charge. will I'm waiting for new iPhone 12 to come and buy a new one I recommend if you lost your iPhone and for a good Price but the catch has used a product that old , The best way is to Buy a New one.

I got this for my daughter to replace a used iPhone 6 that had a battery that was dying. When we got this one the battery would only charge to 80%, but that was much better than the old one at the time. Now after a year, this phone is saying the battery needs to be replaced. Other than that disappointment, it's an iPhone.

It was the product I wanted and ordered it on line. Works and was able to switch phones at A T and T store. Came in the mail within time frame. Was easy to order on line.

I got this phone for my son from 3 years now and he still has it and it works perfectly fine.

I was a little worry for the pre-own thing but overall everything looks brand new pretty good purchase I got it for delivery and I was very fast next day delivery

This was a great option for needing to replace an iPhone quickly. My son was going to Costa Rica, and his phone died. This helped us stay in contact.

This phone was advertised as refurbished, but the speaker holes were gunked up from the last person and there were HUGE scratches on the phone. It’s almost like the only thing they did when receiving the device was wipe the memory. I’ll definitely not buy another used phone from Best Buy and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so. It’s also worth mentioning that the battery health was below 75 and the phone doesn’t keep a charge but for a few hours.

The large size of the screen is a major improvement over the much smaller phone that I replaced. It was very easy to transfer the information from the old phone to this model. I am very pleased in how easy it was to upgrade my phone with no downtime or lost data.

I bought this phone after my iPhone 7 Plus broke. I did not want to spend a big amount of money on a phone and this was perfect. The phone looked brand new. Works brand new. I was also able to hook it up with another phone company I went to.

The quality is great! Almost as if it’s brand new. There was no scratches at all. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and have had no problems at all. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The phone is in nice condition however even though I have it screen locked, it has dialed 911 twice. There a few other glitches I first wrote off as flukes, now I’m not so sure. Even though it was pre-owned, I thought it would be factory new for resale...especially from Best Buy.
