i would definepitely buy a used phone from best buy again never had an issues with.

The power button does not work , cant turn on and off as i would like & when ever i want, i will deff. have to return it, which sucks because i waited around 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Dissappointed. 0 out of 10. 2 thumbs down on this purchase.

Very nice camera, solid build large screen. long battery life but dies Whenever I want to listen to music on my nice headphones lol as you must charge and listen on same port. annoying

Phone arrived in pristine condition! Obviously well taken care of by previous owner. Battery storage capacity at 94%, which is acceptable for a 2.5 year old model. Love the larger size. Always had a hard time typing on the iPhone 6 that it replaced, but no fat fingers on this phone. Display is wonderfully sharp and the color is vibrant with true tone set to on. This is the last model to have the home button. It operates in a split second. Much more sensitive also. My old iPhone 6 required that I hold my thumb on it in just the right orientation, sometimes for a second or two. Doesn’t seem to matter much on this iPhone. The speed of this phone is astounding. Apps open in 1 to 2 seconds rather than 5 to 10 seconds. Definitely worth the price of $389 for a 256 GB phone. The only issue I had was that the lightning to 3.5 jack adapter, and the Apple EarPods with lightning connector were not in the box. I noticed similar comments regarding this when I was researching the phone. Contacted customer support via chat. They directed me to the nearest store to get the missing items at no additional charge. I received a full transcript of our conversation via email as proof. This is the first phone that I ever purchased where I didn’t feel buyers remorse!

I don’t need all the bells and whistles that come with shopping the newest iPhones. I suspect most folks don’t but they like to be seen with the latest and greatest gadgets. Overcoming that need is one of the better things about getting older. Anyway, I loved my iPhone 7 but with my eyes not being as good as they once were, and my photo library straining my available memory space, the phone’s memory space not mine, I needed something bigger and with a LOT of memory. I found both in this great iPhone 8 Plus. Before I get going just a quick quibble. I miss the little button at the bottom of the phone. I know it was more of a faux button but I liked the tactility of it. Ah well. The new phone has so much memory I’m in danger of photographing everything which would be bad. After the initial need passed I’ve gone back to photographing almost everything which is better. It is! The larger screen makes everything easier to see and touch but I now need both hands to reach some things which isn’t a bad trade off imo. I can see pics from my family and friends so much better and I don’t have to squint to type things. And I now have a lot more emojis to express my more complicated thoughts. All in all I love my new phone and it cost a pittance compared to the newest models. A win-win if ever I saw one.

Phone works well but the battery life illustrated 80% and a charge is needed very frequently compared to a new battery.

The phone is in very good condition and it is working very well. The only problem is the battery life it is only at 81%. Anyway was a good price for a backup iPhone.

Takes great pictures. It is also user friendly. Good size phone not to big and not to small , just right.

My son lost his phone and it was too expensive to rent one out for 30 bucks a month so I came across this one at the right time it was the last one in stock , he loves it and it runs as new for one decent price 5 stars

Great looking phone but the battery runs down quickly. Called Total Tech and was told they do not cover the phone. Called Apple and diagnostic test showed issues with battery. Apple recommended buying new battery or another phone with a brand new battery in it and covered by Apple for 1 year. Called third party warranty company through Best Buy and was told they do not repair phones. I need to pay shipping and they will send another phone. Battery capacity of 80% capacity is all they will promise if I send back the phone. Not happy that I was not told the terms when phone was purchased. Phone arrived in packaging for smart phone not iPhone with NO paperwork to tell me who to call if phone was not functioning properly or the terms of their warranty. New to iPhone and did not realize need to charge after 5 hours was not normal until others who own this phone remarked that theirs last many more hours between charges. Not a happy camper right now and sheltering in place so I cannot even take phone to Apple Store for new battery.

I purchased this Iphone 8 Plus for my parents to replace one of their older Iphone 6 models. The phone came in tip top shape and hardly a scratch on it. I was really surprised about the quality of the phone but I was happy that it turned out in great shape. My parents are older and didn't want to change much from what they were using before so it worked out perfectly! Thanks!

I love it but the screen had little scratches but i still like it Other thing it didn’t came with anything besides the charger which i hate

Did alot of research before getting this phone since it is my first iphone. Pleasantly surprised with iphone! Does what I'm looking for and very user friendly. The only complaint I have is that you can tell it was a third party delivery to get the device. Package was thrown around and not bubbled up inside like it should be. When I opened it box was a little crunched up and the phone had no additional covering to protect the screen, BUT so far so good. Best buy deliveries aren't this bad, that's how i know its a third party. I've had it for about 3 weeks now.

I love this phone. I am so glad I could get it at Bestbuy for a really good price for a high quality phone. I use and rely on it to work my gig jobs thru the apps and maps!

It’s good performance, great image but’s a bit slow.

IPhone is new well feeling you lose great nose scratches but one problem is that I got it with 1 of my speakers not working properly and it doesn't save my contacts for a long time even though I type in the name save contact name the names just disappear after a few days days but overall is great for the space and price

I purchased the iPhone 8+ model on October 23rd it was set to arrive by the 29th but came in on the 27th for my brothers birthday and it came in good condition with a charger but no headphones i thought they were included but it’s not a big deal.A few minor scratches on the screen and scuffs at the edges,small enough to not notice unless you were examining it closely. The phone works great so far. Got it connected to a carrier around October 27th and tested out the microphone and speaker. No complaints so far. Thank you Best Buy.

I suspected that buying a used item like a cell phone it would probably need a new battery and seeing it has a max of 85% confirms my suspicion. Since I expected that I can't complain about it. Overall the phone works perfect. My need was for a bluetooth phone that would work with my hearing aids when answering the phone and this phone satisfies that need.

Best Buy is the only place I purchase cell phones. I have bought phones here for all 5 of my family members and every phone was in excellent condition. Even the battery health was acceptable (above 80% capacity). If you don’t mind not having the newest model iPhone, buy your used phones from Best Buy for less than half the original price!
