    The phone got slow after installing couple of app, we are not sure if it's the phone issue or pre-owned. Since we sent it to India not sure how to get this resolved :(

    Have had no issues with this phone. Everything works perfectly and all my applications transferred to this phone without any problems. Extremely happy and have my Geek Squad available to assist with anything questions that my come up.
