If you don't need all the bells and whistles the latest iPhone has but need to replace your present one, a refurbished phone is a great option. As usual, Best Buy had a great deal.

The phone is in nice condition however even though I have it screen locked, it has dialed 911 twice. There a few other glitches I first wrote off as flukes, now I’m not so sure. Even though it was pre-owned, I thought it would be factory new for resale...especially from Best Buy.

The quality is great! Almost as if it’s brand new. There was no scratches at all. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and have had no problems at all. I’m very happy with this purchase.

No cosmetic damage which isn't expected of a refurbished device, however, I believe the speaker holes could have been cleaned quite easily before selling the product.

Great phone for the price! Flawless in terms of any kind of scratches. Came with a mediocre charging brick and cable, but we have plenty of Apple branded ones as this was for my daugher.

I bought this iphone 8 for my little nephew, he' still using it like a brand new iphone.

Customer service was great, letting us know that the iPhone 8 will not be able to update to higher iOS. Just needed a phone for general entertainment use and can take calls.

I was pleased with the speed with which this order came. The product was as describes and in fact didn't seem to have any dings or scratches. Transfer from an older iPhone went flawlessly and nary a problem since.
