The iPhone X is great and I love it with the 256GB. I know it’s an older model but it works great!

This phone was purchased used unlock and it worked as if it was brand new. Still works to this day no issues.

We bought as an open box item, my grandmother needed a phone but didn’t want to spend the full price. It gets the job done but of course whatever was wrong with the phone before it was fixed, became a similar issue.

I have been using an android OS device for a few years but switched to an iPhone because that is what people in real estate use. I am more than thrilled with this purchase. It is so easy and intuitive to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get the bug.

Has a lot of scratches on the screen. It’s pre owned and the previous owner has to do a lot with the phone looks like they never put a screen protecter

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE BECAUSE MY OLD PHONE STOP WORKING. THE NEW PHONES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR MY BUDGET AND I DONT NEED ALL THE GADGETS THAT COME WITH NEW PHONES.EVERYTHING IS WORKING SOO FAR AND THE BEST BUY ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING ME A PHONE

Bought the phone last month for my sister, months later it’s not working. The phone takes hour to turn on, I couldn’t open it for 2 days. Went to Best Buy for technical support, they didn’t take any responsibility for the phone. We know Best Buy for selling quality product, but the customer service is worst. If you can’t take responsibility for the product sold on your platform, you shouldn’t sell it. I would not recommend this phone, it will be a waste of money. It’s better to buy a cheaper phone than buying a refurbished/pre-owned phone. Very disappointed with the phone.

The phone seems to be working fine. I have not learned all about it at this time. Would have liked a little more time from salesperson in setting it up and coordinating with watch.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “pre owned” phone, but I will have to admit it was far better than I expected; no scratches, dings of any kind. It works perfectly and the cost was incredible.

It works really really well most of the apps work great, but some apps are not good and kick me out, but other than that it's great

got phone first impression box looked like it had been dropped kicked down 5 stair cases and then crashed onto my front porch, however the phone was in good condition until.... 2 weeks after owning it, it bricked itself and got stuck in a booting cycle and for some reason there is no warranty on these products so they cant do anything to help u

phone battery dies really fast but overall it’s a good phone.

The customer service team is great! But I’m a little skeptical about the re furbishef phones.

Worked really good! I didn’t see any real issues with it. I didn’t realize it wasn’t 5g compatible but none the less pretty good!!

The phone was in decent shape. Lots of scratches on the back of it though. My biggest disappointment though was the generic charger and cable that came with it. The charger didn’t work properly right away. Thankfully we had our own apple charger from a previous phone. Overall, fast shipping and the phone itself was decent enough.

I purchased this for the teenager. It’s a great phone and great price.
