NEVER AGAIN

I found out that it was only charging to a maximum of 77% After NUMEROUS calls to your call center “with no help by them at all” I took the phone back to the store where I purchased it. I got told since it had been 19 days and not within the 14 day window that there was nothing that they would do! This was by a geek squad manager! I contacted Apple that night and they were extremely disappointed in you guys also! He made me an appointment for the next day to have a new battery installed for free of charge like you guys should have done!!!!!!! I will never purchase another item from you guys ever again!

BBY really needs some help

BBY elite, clean updated stores, knowledgeable staff, normal operating hours all gone. Sad to see the decline
