After having it for a month the phone stopped working, right after return period. Do not buy these. They don't qualify for Applecare either. So now I'm stuck with a dead phone. Phone also arrived with scratches on the screen.

Don't buy pre-owned. Even though the iphone X was certified pre-owned it came with a bad battery. By the time my daughter had brought up to me that the battery was bad, it was outside the 14 day return by a a few days. Called customer service and was told it would be covered. Went to my geek squad appointment and they told me the battery is not covered and was charged $75 for a new one. You may have better luck buying a used phone off of marketplace than going through best buy.

Works great! Husband isn't into spending a lot on a phone, and doesn't really use his phone for much. So, when his iPhone X was destroyed in an accident, we replaced it with a refurbished one. Great deal. No complaints.

I was doubtful while ordering a preowned phone. A few of the reviews I had read weren’t good. When my iPhone X arrived early and I opened the box- it looks like a brand new phone. Not one scratch. Every function works. My battery stays charged for a very long time also. This is the best phone I could have gotten. Best Buy - you did a great job!

I gat this phone for my daughter. Her iphone i7 broke. I lost audio. Everything else works. And I gat this X and she is happy but it's not like her old phone.

This phone arrived in less than a few days , condition was near immaculate & the overall battery capacity on it is 86% which is not terrible given its age. Looking forward to purchasing the iPhone XR for my wife very soon as it’s a no brainer for us working with a budget and getting phones that are the best In the market.
