    Bight an iPhoneX using the on-line Best Buy. Price was good. It arrived 2 days early. One of Best Buy's Geed Squad transferred all info from my iPhone 6. When the protective cover arrived in the mail, I took it to Best Buy and another of their Geed Squad applied the glass and put on the cover. Great service. I recommend everyone look into Best Buy and their On Line refurbished/open box products when making the decision to buy,

    Although this is a great phone I received it with a huge gash in the front screen that is very noticeable throughout the day. (Not pleased)

    The only problem I had was that the phone didn't come with a SIM Card? I had to go to my provider and they provided the card for free!

    The first Preowned iPhone X I bought for my son quit working six days later. Brought it back and once we met the Manager he took care of the problem and replaced the bad iphone with another refurbished one. Thanks Best Buy.

    after the return period (two weeks), it stoped working, the screen won't respond to the touch! I did not have apple care, therefore I got what I paid for! Pre-Owned for me its not a good option!. So, all that I have is a non working iPhone! In the begging the phone was fine, i did like it, sadly it was the phone not good, or apple itself. It did not lasted enough to appreciated it.

    I have been using this phone since i got it delivered and it works perfect! i was a little scared something would be wrong with it and there are no problems. The phone last about 1 1/2 days without constant use but if youre on your phone for long it probably would last up to 20-22 hours.
