Don’t buy defective units are what you’ll get

I believe that if I paid to have a working phone it should work as I need it to and I need the battery to last more than 30 minutes. I took the phone to apple just to confirm it is a faulty battery just so I can say it wasn’t my misusing of the device.

Phone is great, but...

It has a lot of small scratches but the whole right side is pretty bad. It works, but I’m pretty unhappy with the condition. If my old phone worked I would have returned the new one.
