Very disappointed ☹️

This phone worked great for the first week of use before school started. On the first day of school the phone died only halfway through the day with minimal to zero use. So disappointing had to return the phone and buy a new phone. We were told these phones had new batteries in them or new screens if the screens were damaged.

Be Careful!!

This phone came scratched, glitchy screen, and would not charge. Thankfully I had the totaltech support and with an override I was able to return. They only give a 14-day return policy. I didn’t open it until after this passed, so I was very lucky to have this totaltech insurance.

Used “certified” IPhone with depleted battery

Unfortunately this was not the case and now have an iPhone with a battery that needs a replacement and constant dead battery. Couldn’t check the phone because of the policy Best Buy has. Now after I programmed the phone with all the apps my dad needs, the phone doesn’t keep a charge.
