Finicky charging port

All iPhones last forever. However, with the 14-day return policy, refurbished phones can work just fine and then show issues. With this one, the charging port is finicky, at best. I noticed its flaw right off the bat, but it wasn’t bad. Now, when I hit a tiny bump in the road, my phone stops playing music. When I shift in my bed, my phone lights up. New cords, old cords, it’s all the same. What a headache. BE CAREFUL shelling out money for a refurbished phone, even if you buy it from Best Buy.

Worked less than 1 month

But less than 1 month the face recognition stopped working and evidently that cannot be fixed. Luckily I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection.

Don’t buy!

The phone worked fine the battery life was so bad the apple store didn’t get how they could even resale the phone in that condition. Long story short Best Buy would not take care of the battery issue and was rude and said I could just return it. I went to apple and got the battery replaced. Thankfully that’s all that was wrong with it! But why buy a phone that you’ll have to pay money to fix as well.
