The box was not the original Apple iPhone box. The charger was not the original Apple charger. The box came in horrible condition. In addition, the back of the phone is cracked along with the back camera. I am very disappointed that BESTBUY would send a phone in this manner. Currently awaiting for another phone to be in stock. Otherwise, I will have to get a refund.

My shopping experience was the kind that I enjoy. I walked in, asked for a product, They had exactly what I wanted. Within no more than fifteen minutes I was happily walking out with my new iphone. That's all I want when I shop. It's not a favorite activity of mine.

Cheap comes out expensive. Bought this for my wife. Big mistake. When she tries to text anyone the words on the screen go into convulsions. Sometimes the phone freezes when you try to go into an onscreen app. Apparently whoever thought this was good enough to resell didn’t test it very well. I don’t recommend. Buy new and you won’t have issues

the Phone works great an excellent quality great camera

Not happy with this purchase. Will be returning. The battery health is 75% and says it needs to be serviced. It also has a faulty ear piece. Tinny and muffled when I have calls. This makes me feel like they really don’t inspect them. If they do, they need to be retrained or have better release for sale standards. Save your money.

Great condition for a used phone, delivery was fast

I just received this phone yesterday. I set up and and it worked great, except it won't let me mute the camera shutter sound at all. With my phone on vibrate and volume all the way down, the camera shutter sound still goes off at a volume all the way up when I take a picture or a snap chat picture. I tried everything and even did research. I read from various reviews and sites that it is a feature that phones from Japan have, and it cannot be fixed. It is ridiculous that Best Buy would not check this aspect before reselling this product. Will be returning asap because there are no other phones for me to exchange it for.

I perches 2 phones and with poor hearing and poor battery life i brought it to my country as gift to my brother band sister without opening package but i couldn't refund it within return time period cos of I'm out if the country i have proof and its only 3 days late but they are not take any responsibility of it and they are asking me to to go to manufacturers to fix it. don't buy you will loose your money.

Always buy refurbished an works out well Good as new

The phone is in good shape, but the battery is pretty much expired. Have to get a new battery.
