my favorite phone its used but i brought many used phones from best buy that lasted me years. I can say about this phone because i retuned it due.

I didnt know this was a preowne I phone. I didnt get the help to get my phone set all the way up. The Agent lied to me about getting talk and text on my phone for a 1yr plan. He couldnt get the app to work and gave me back the phone and told me their was nothing more he could do and left me on my own. Their is something not right with this phone. It lock up at times app change on it own. I have been out their several times and still am haveing problems with the phone. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad to see if they can help me out.

This phone is advertised as being examined and certified that all components are in working order. I guess not. After powering this up I immediately saw that the battery health indicates that service is required. One of the reasons I bought a new phone was to get a better battery life and this one is even worse. I'd avoid this product if at all possible.

The phone was in good condition, but after a while, facetime no longer works. You can hear the person, but not see them.

I pd 519.00 it came in only in priority pop bag and thin generic box not phone size.too big phone sliding around.screen was dinged up. Unacceptable! 2nd one the same. Not sure who's sending them but for price if rather go new. I went with new iphone se 256gig about same cost. Forget their used deals.too risky. Plus restocking if u take it home. Rip off!!!

Do not buy this phone. I purchased the phone is May. Upon getting phone it doesn’t not keep a charge and it doesn’t not keep phone service, I even called geek squad and they told me. There is nothing they can do about the phone. Refused to replace the phone with a working one

Garbage! We bought this phone for our daughter not even two weeks ago and the touch screen doesn’t work and the battery dies within an hour. It’s definitely not refurbished or put through the proper tests. For $500 this is absolute garbage! What really has me upset is that I went online to start my return process and it says it’s past the return date (two weeks)! Obviously I will be fighting this in the store

My phone's touchscreen completely stopped working exactly one day after the 90 warranty. Do not buy iphone X; the model has an issue with the touchscreen (https://support.apple.com/iphone-x-display-module-replacement-program). I spent over $400 dollars for a phone that only worked for 3 months. And Best Buy did not want to help me :(

This phone is a good match for me and my apple play music. The phone has adequate memory for my use and needs. The graphics and the pictures are second to none.

Everything looked good when received but when I tried to use on a call then the speaker was muffled and hard to hear. Returned and bought another one.

I bought this phone for my son due to his other phone was stolen. He really enjoys the this phone. It’s faster, the picture quality is amazing, and he loves the Face ID.

You sold me a phone with a bad battery. I had to go to the Apple Store and have a new one installed. It cost me another $60+

Suits our needs, not all the features of the new ones but good price.

Bought this for my boss for his birthday and he told me that its the first upgrade of his phone in many, many years. There were tears in his eyes when he said this, so im assuming that he was pleased with my purchase
