Frustrating

There are 2 options in "do not disturb": 1. always & 2. while the iPhone is locked. How about never? I just can't make it ring. Also the phone came with a someone else's voicemail greeting on it. No manual to help. I have never bought a preowned product before so I'm not sure if this is the norm or BestBuy's fault.

I'm not sure if it is the carrier or the phone. I have been working on this for too long! Hoping if it doesn't work with my carrier, I can return it.

As a high end company, I would have figured the packaging to be more protective, not something that looked like I bought off the street. For as much as I bought it for, this was very disappointing to see. But the phone works so I guess its fine.

Check phone in person before purchasing

The phone was in mint condition and works fine but at this price I expected the battery to be in better condition. I wouldn’t buy pre-owned without first checking the phone in-person.
