Deep screen scratches

I understand it's a refurbished phones but I have purchased them before and it's definitely the worst condition I've ever received...

Consider the alternatives

But powered on the screen still looked great, and I could not afford to go without a phone, so I let it ride. Within 3 months the Bluetooth functionality stopped working completely. Pretty important as I wear an apple watch, use airpods (there is no headphone jack), and stream music on my commutes. Now I'm tearing apart my house trying to find the box with the warranty information. Hate to see it folks.
