Best iPhone ever bought from Best Buy. I recommended this iPhone

worked for what I needed it for, not very clean residue found in the heating piece for phone call speaker

Freezes a lot .. screen and apps move on their own can’t even control the screen 40% of the time.

I loved this phone until I lost it. It was in very good condition and worked well for me. I am considering on buying another one in the future.

Poor quality, phones battery life sucks. It was always freezing and getting stuck. Surprisingly now the motherboard itself is gone and needs to be replaced.

This IPhone was very user friendly and my niece is able to use it and navigates easy. The battery life is good and great picture quality.

I bought it as a temporary replacement for my old phone, and its been doing what suppose to do i love the phone I decided to keep it.

it was the battery on this pre-owned phone. It didn't hold a charge.

I’ve had this phone for two months exactly tomorrow. The ear speaker sounds muffled and like it is blown. You can’t hear unless it is on speaker! So hopefully I can take it back in and they figure something out about it! Very disappointed, should just brought a brand new one!!

Great purchase! I had an iPhone 8 Plus and didn’t want the expense of a new one so I looked on Best Buy and they had exactly what I was looking for with so many other choices.

It was cool i needed since my phone stopped working for a a couple days but worked fine till i gave it back since my new phone was coming in a few days

I wouldn’t recommend this phone gets overheated and go on and off you have to wait to make calls get texts every other day late because the phone be jumping in and out had it a couple hours and sent it right on back no good

Was looking for an unlocked iPhone and was happy to have found this one locally. Was disappointed after a setting it up. There may gave been a short in the phone. When pressing buttons it would auto type whole sentences. Could not return it, missed the return by date while out of town for the holidays.

The phone's speaker (or sound) stopped working after 6-7 weeks. Best Buy sent us to Apple, but Apple said the phone had been repaired with non-Apple parts and they wouldn't work on it. Still trying to figure out if the 90 day (12 week) warranty means anything.

As an Apple brand it's reliable and worth buying. I bought for my second mobile and really feel comfortable with it.

I was able to get a few apps installed and the Wi-Fi connected. The next time I went to turn it on black screen. After removing the screen I realized the screen was an aftermarket replacement. There was also a loose screw inside the phone. It’s a paperwhite now. Will never buy another used telephone

The phones okay. The buttons are a little sticky and the Face ID doesn’t work all the time but other than that it’s fine

Perfect condition, very good price. All questions were answer by the sales person, he was very helpful.
