    Have not had the phone for a week or 2 and it will not turn on there is a battery issue, will not charge, (I do not have pic but I do have video showing the operation of the phone)

    Honestly the phone is in good and all, but there was 2 problems with it. 1.when someone calls me I can’t hear and I tried fixing it with the settings but nothing 2. One of the speakers isn’t working so I can’t hear so much when it’s ringing

    Battery health is at 71% and the phone will not hold a charge. Battery goes dead after about 6 hours. This phone was purchased as reconditioned, but I would think a new battery would be part of the reconditioning.
