Im dissapointed there’s no earplug,i need to buy separately and it cost me extra 39.99$.

I purchased this phone and the day after setting it up, it appears to have some sort of virus. The phone is not working correctly, apps spontaneously open etc. DO NOT recommend !!!

Phone doesn’t stay charged longer than a hour lags extremely bad haven’t had this issue with my provider but since I’ve had this phone it just randomly hangs up calls doesn’t notify me half of the time when I get a text probably the worst iPhone I’ve ever bought.

Perfect for my son, who lost his on vacation. I was able to quickly get his new, unlocked phone.

I purchased this phone in September and by November it was not working I took it to the geek squad and they said it wasn’t pulling power and then I would have to purchase a whole new phone and there was no warranty or anything on the phone they’re not gonna be able to replace it even though it is the devices fault

After using it for almost 1 month the phone started to turn off by itself when it was on low battery. I have to charge it & wait a while for it to turn back on. While using the phone on mow battery it completely shuts off

Not top of the line of Nokia or anything even close but it gets the job done. Basic android phone fine display comes with case.

Everything I needed and expected. Not my first refurbished Iphone from Best Buy.

I had to exchange the phone which it was no big deal I love the way the lady in return and exchange handle me the last 2 times I came into the store very nice outgoing women

Needed a new cellphone, where I went was Best Buy for where I usually buy my electronic devices. Friendly staff, helpful and glad to see you if you buy anything or not.

Soot is working fine. Need time to learn iPhone as I have always used androids. Hearing aids work much better with this one.

Doesn't work well. Very inconsistent. Thinking of returning it and shopping elsewhere.

I am on my 2nd day with the phone & I can't get it to ring. There are 2 options in "do not disturb": 1. always & 2. while the iPhone is locked. How about never? I just can't make it ring. Also the phone came with a someone else's voicemail greeting on it. No manual to help. I have never bought a preowned product before so I'm not sure if this is the norm or BestBuy's fault.
