Also I have to turn the phone on/off to get to the control panel. Not worth the $415 I paid for

Battery and power issues

Phone had broken speakers when I got it.

Especially since this was a birthday present, it was urgent and the store was amazing in helping me out.

Poor battery health

Battery goes dead after about 6 hours. This phone was purchased as reconditioned, but I would think a new battery would be part of the reconditioning.
