Buy new not refurbished or renewed

The screen had several scratches. It was not compatible with TMobile

BROKEN 4 Months Later

Of course there is only a 90 day warranty. I should have flushed my money down the toilet...will never buy a used phone from Best Buy again.

DO NOT buy pre-owned or refurbished from Best Buy

I purchased a pre-owned supposedly quality checked phone, and it was glitchy from the get go. We figured it was a wireless carrier issue so we spent time trying to figure that out. Thought that issue was fixed and then less than 3 months of owning it, the screen is now unresponsive. Basically I paid $350 for 3 months' use of a phone. BB won't do anything to help. They have horrible customer service and won't stand behind their refurbished items. Buyer beware.

Didn’t work right when setting it up

Had to be returned as screens going back and forth and randomly dialed people. Was garbage.
