That was the whole draw of me coming down to buy a refurbished phone which I normally don’t do. The phone was in OK working condition, but I end up having to upgrade and buy a whole new phone within a year.

Although this item was preowned I expected the phone to work considering what it cost. I will be returning this item. I was unaware this was coming from a third party seller. If I had known, I never would have bought it.
