    Purchased this phone on 6/23. Worked for about a week when trouble started. On July 14th spent 170.00 on repairs. When problem still wasn't solved turned to Best Buy for help. They said the "return" policy ended as of July 6th and nothing they could do. Will never do business with them again!

    Terrible. Best But sold me a lemon. Battery life of 75% out of the box. Now I’m having trouble with the sound as far as hearing someone when they call.

    I had a terrible experience buying this phone. I ordered it and it came and kept shutting down, causing me to have to return it. On top of that, I had a very difficult time getting a refund.
