The touch screen has already stopped working. I have had this phone for less than 2 weeks

So the pre owned phone I bought it’s battery’s health is at 87% I dont think it should be like that

Don’t do it! My husband rarely used this phone because it was his second phone for work. It rarely left the house. After 30 days the phone completely died. It has some circuit issue.I should have read the reviews.

I bought this phone for my daughter after losing her iPhone plus 11, she said that this one is better that the 11.

I was sold a phone that disallows Face recognition, bad charger port and a glitched screen once it hits 20 percent.

Purchase this phone in September for my sister to use in Central America where she lives. Unfortunately, we are now in February and the phone has completely died. This is supposed to be a refurbished phone and unfortunately it did not last very long and paid a lot of money I recommend purchasing a brand new phone.

Everything looked good when received but when I tried to use on a call then the speaker was muffled and hard to hear. Returned and bought another one.

Unable to activate despite description saying otherwise. Mobile provider states phone is either defective or stolen. Had a hard time returning product until I spoke to the right person. He was very helpful.

Couldn’t slide to turn off phone. Some letters on the keyboard didn’t work and battery was under 77%

The ear speaker is extremely quiet. I have to put the phone on speaker just to hear incoming calls.

Within a month I was already having issues with the battery not staying charged and not charging to its full capacity. will have to make a return trip to the store to see if we have any options besides me carrying an additional battery pack at all times

Kind of a old phone by now. worked fine until i broke it.

I returned this item because screen was broken. If you see it for sale- do not buy!!!

Came in great shape, downloaded info off of other phone, so far everything works like it’s supposed to.

Sorry but I really Thought I bought this phone in flea market.

Bought this phone back in June, and there have been no problems with the phone since the purchase.

Battery died fast. Phone only lasts 40 days. Don’t recommend.

Touch screen became unresponsive within a month. It’s glitching.

Phones eventually gave issues. The phones worked when they wanted.

They said that the iPhone is in good health and good battery condition, but i buy 3 and all of them had less than 80% battery condition. I think that this is not good health.
