Very unhappy customer

Usually, Best Buy is my go-to store for everything electronic. I bought a refurbished unlocked phone for my business and when I took it to t-mobile, it was not unlocked. The return process however was very easy and I did get my funds returned. It’s my time I can’t get back that I had an issue with.

50/50 chance it’s going to be defective

I tried charging it for 30 minutes. As you know if a phone isn’t on the first time that means something is already wrong with it. Nothing was wrong with the charged and it didn’t show that it was charging.I wouldn’t recommend buying this phone because there’s a 50/50 chance that something is going to be wrong with it. If you do decide to buy careful with the package because it’s probably going to be defective and you might need to return it.

My husband rarely used this phone because it was his second phone for work. It rarely left the house. After 30 days the phone completely died. It has some circuit issue.I should have read the reviews.

Unfortunately, we are now in February and the phone has completely died. This is supposed to be a refurbished phone and unfortunately it did not last very long and paid a lot of money I recommend purchasing a brand new phone.
