Lemon phone

The phone was usable until you make a call. I tested this with a friend and we hear a loud radio noise when we are speaking to the phone. So basically the receiver of the call cannot understand what we're saying to the mic. This in my opinion renders the phone useless. Setup the phone - June 30 Returned the phone to best buy - July 2

Broken ear speaker

The ear speaker sounds muffled and like it is blown. You can’t hear unless it is on speaker! So hopefully I can take it back in and they figure something out about it! Very disappointed, should just brought a brand new one!!

They charged a restocking fee as if to sell to another customer of $49.00

Very Poor Experience

Was disappointed after a setting it up. There may gave been a short in the phone. When pressing buttons it would auto type whole sentences. Could not return it, missed the return by date while out of town for the holidays.

While I know I was purchasing a used iPhone, I was expecting some sort of durability and 17 days was not worth $400.

Phone broke rapidly and warranty confusing at best

Best Buy sent us to Apple, but Apple said the phone had been repaired with non-Apple parts and they wouldn't work on it. Still trying to figure out if the 90 day (12 week) warranty means anything.
