The phone was usable until you make a call. I tested this with a friend and we hear a loud radio noise when we are speaking to the phone. So basically the receiver of the call cannot understand what we're saying to the mic. This in my opinion renders the phone useless. Setup the phone - June 30 Returned the phone to best buy - July 2

They charged a restocking fee as if to sell to another customer of $49.00
