Would not recommend!

While I know I was purchasing a used iPhone, I was expecting some sort of durability and 17 days was not worth $400.

I was given two GSM only models, one ATT and the other was an international model. Had to return both because GSM is not compatible with Sprint/T-Mobile

Wrong item & subpar for preowned at premium price

Unusable phone (and arrived late)

Was not able to activate with tmobile as they said the phone was not in their system. Complete waste of time. DO NOT RECCOMEND best buy for any used phone purchases, as they are HIGHLY NEGLIGENT and will WASTE YOUR TIME.

Locked preowned phone. Garbage

Bought a preowned Iphone X that was still locked from previous carrier. Could not be hooked up to new carrier. Terrible customer service, no resolution of our problem. Spent 2 hours on the phone with best buy, apple, and sprint. Best Buy sold us junk. DO NOT BUY PREOWNED FROM HERE.

Bad charging port
