This item is not a completely unlocked model as listed. I was given two GSM only models, one ATT and the other was an international model. Had to return both because GSM is not compatible with Sprint/T-Mobile

Wrong color-item delivered. This item was not cheap but the components and packaging were junk. I will not revisit any preowned items with this company. At very least huge inconvenience which they will never make up.

IPhone is scratched on the bottom and all over screen

I purchased this phone and the day after setting it up, it appears to have some sort of virus. The phone is not working correctly, apps spontaneously open etc. DO NOT recommend !!!

Not only did the phone arrive 3 days late, it arrived locked and unusable. Was not able to activate with tmobile as they said the phone was not in their system. Complete waste of time. DO NOT RECCOMEND best buy for any used phone purchases, as they are HIGHLY NEGLIGENT and will WASTE YOUR TIME.

The Camara and flash didn't work had to pay extra for fix

Zero stars. Bought a preowned Iphone X that was still locked from previous carrier. Could not be hooked up to new carrier. Terrible customer service, no resolution of our problem. Spent 2 hours on the phone with best buy, apple, and sprint. Best Buy sold us junk. DO NOT BUY PREOWNED FROM HERE.

Phone does not work. It will not work on other Carriers, Took phone to T-mobile, Geek squad and apple, don’t waste your money buying one of these, I am filing a lawsuit against Best Buy for selling me a bogus phone

I did by a month ago but waited to give it my son for his birthday. Just took to activate and the charging port is lose and will not charge phone correctly. He is very dissappointed

The phone is giving me trouble. Messaging and calling has been a big issue and an older model that was used before didn't have this trouble.

Very poor quality, wouldn’t accept SIM card from ATT, also would not even start charging with the cable that was included, poor quality of generic cable, Return credit not posted after 7 days after receiving the item.

Best buy didn’t give yo me 10$ reward for this phone. They are lying last year many time. Lying lying lying…

I can’t do any comments because they sent me used phone. Items delivered with damage box and that box was not apple box it’s was opened already as well in that box I see just iPhone not any charger as well as air phone and also no instructions booklet

I Payed for this phone outright. I Put my SIM card in and my Phone plan tells me I owed $900 some Dollars still….

the phone would not hold the charger at all. As soon as I put it in, it would slide right out. i was extremely disappointed because I have to wait another two weeks for another one.

Initially I thought I am excited so voice quality is low. I ignored... but later i realize that it’s has defected. Sounds is too low can’t here if I am talking in mall or outside. Bad experience!!!

The first iphone I received had the speakers of the phone broken but the store associate made it simple and so fast to get a replacement. Especially since this was a birthday present, it was urgent and the store was amazing in helping me out.

The phone don’t work, don’t ring and the volume don’t work. I buy this phone for christmas to my granddaughter and I’m very disappointed that this phone don’t work. I tad that this phones are check before send it to the customer
