Faulty Phone

Best Buy should not have even sold it. No one would fix the screen due to the serial number being replaced.

NO WAY SHOULD OF THIS PHONE BEEN SOLD LIKE THIS. I RETURNED IT AND THEY CHARGED A $45 RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

Screen frozen constantly

Broken Iphone

The power button only pulls up Siri instead of shutting the phone off which is incredibly inconvenient. Spent $400 on a phone that barely works better than my old one.
