Good phone very pleased phone battery could be better but its no problem says it 75 % but acting better than my old phone that had 80%

The phone came in good condition, there were no scratches on it at all and it had a good battery life (90%). It was also very clean. Overall it's a good phone.

Very happy with this purchase. A vast improvement over my iPhone 6. Lots of space for photos. Glad I finally decided to upgrade - son has been agitating for this action for years.

To be honest, I paid more for a Best Buy refurbished phone than on other sites with similar products because, I trusted the quality. However, while my phone functioned ok, it required a new battery almost immediately, which frankly, isn’t worth it. I’m not going to spend another $80-$100 to update a phone that I just bought.

Works as it should, would definitely buy another phone from Best buy

Bought this for my mom as a gift. Easy set up, everything worked, and speedy delivery. Camera is sometimes delayed but that’s the only qualm.

Battery arrived with a critically low battery capacity and the battery needed immediate replacement. I called the customer service line and was told I needed to physically return it to a Best Buy store, talk to a manager, and hope the decide to take it back. I decided to just buy a replacement battery and do the repair myself. I had assumed "refurbished" meant that I could trust it would be delivered with an operable battery. Terrible product, terrible customer service.

Terrible had an aftermarket screen and battery was at 75% and we tried it immediately and get a charger restocking fee this is so frustrating and terrible

They sell refurbished phones with no battery life then charge $50 to replace or a $45 restocking fee for a different phone with the same problem

works pretty good. its a nice phone and it fits my budget

phone does not vibrate on silent or when put on silent, or when phone is ringing. Needs to be fixed, otherwise has been ok. if anything else goes wrong, it's going back to Best Buy

Battery doesn’t last for a day. Since it is pre owned and not refurbished it will have major problems that it will affect the use of the phone. I have bought refurbished phones before and they never gave me a problem. In fact I bought a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro 2 years ago and it still works perfectly fine. This iPhone X is pre owned and it has major problems with the battery. Would recommend it unless you change the battery.
